01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to gempak888. This document contains the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing the use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by gempak888 ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and gempak888.

02 Registration Eligibility

• Registering under your own real name and personal information. Registration using a false identity, another person's name, or fabricated information is strictly prohibited.
• Having one account only in the gempak888 system. Holding multiple accounts by a single player is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Not residing in any country or region where online betting activities are prohibited under applicable local laws.
• Never previously banned or suspended by gempak888 for any breach of these Terms.

Gempak888 reserves the right to decline any individual's registration application without providing any reason. Our decision on eligibility is final and binding.

03 User Account

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned one personal account for your exclusive use only. This account may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party under any circumstances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensure your account information is always accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal information such as email address or phone number must be updated promptly through the account settings section.
• Maintaining password confidentiality you. We recommend using a strong password that differs from those used on other platforms, and changing it regularly.
• All activities conducted through your account, whether carried out by yourself or by another party who gains access through your negligence.
• Immediately report to the gempak888 support team if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

04 Deposit & Payments

Gempak888 accepts deposits via a range of secure and integrated payment methods, including online bank transfers to all major Malaysian banks, as well as popular e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

The following terms apply to deposits:

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM 30. There is no maximum daily deposit limit set, but players may configure personal limits in their account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming programme.

• For withdrawals exceeding a certain limit, full KYC verification may be required before processing to ensure the security of your funds.
• Gempak888 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.

08 Prohibited Activities

• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
